Touch Up Policy:
Please make sure to book the appropriate service
upon scheduling your touch up. Select the
appropriate desired lash style - classic, hybrid, or
volume!
1 week cut off: 10 days
2 week cut off: 17 days
3 week cut off: 24 days
4 week cut off: 31 days
Must have 30% of your lashes remaining for it to be
considered a fill. Or a full set is required. If a full set
is required you may book these services for up to
6 weeks!
Returning Client: Classic New set - $130
Returning Client: Hybrid New Set- $145
Returning Client: Volume New Set-$175
Makeup Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup from your lashes
before coming to your lash session. We are unable to
properly adhere lash extensions on lashes that have
makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it
can lead to irritation and infection. We will not offer a
complimentary fill if your loose a significant amount of l
ashes due to having lash buildup at the time of your
appointment.

No Refund Policy:

We do not offer Refunds. If you are experiencing any issues with your lash extensions, please notify us immediately. We will make sure to make accommodations.
Late Policy:
If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to
reschedule or cancel appointments. We hold a specific
time slot exclusively for your visit, denying others this
time slot by not showing for your scheduled
appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of
the service charge.
